FLAGA POLSKI I JE ZASADY - POLISH FLAG RULES

 

PO POLSKU:

Dz. U. 1980 Nr 7 poz. 18 USTAWA z dnia 31 stycznia 1980 r. o godle, barwach i hymnie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz o pieczęciach państwowych

    Art. 1. 1. Orzeł biały, biało-czerwone barwy i „Mazurek Dąbrowskiego” są symbolami Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    Art. 6. 1. Flagą państwową Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej jest prostokątny płat tkaniny o barwach Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, umieszczony na maszcie.

    Art. 8. 1. Flagę państwową z godłem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej podnoszą: 

1) przedstawicielstwa dyplomatyczne, urzędy konsularne oraz inne oficjalne przedstawicielstwa i misje za granicą na budynkach lub przed budynkami ich siedzib urzędowych, a także kierownicy tych przedstawicielstw, urzędów i misji na swych rezydencjach i środkach komunikacji – w wypadkach przewidzianych w prawie i zwyczajach międzynarodowych; 

2) cywilne lotniska i lądowiska; 

3) cywilne samoloty komunikacyjne podczas lotów za granicą; 

4) kapitanaty (bosmanaty) portów – na budynkach lub przed budynkami stanowiącymi ich siedziby urzędowe.

ACT of January 31, 1980, on the emblem, colors, and anthem of the Republic of Poland and on state seals

  

    Art. 1. 1. The white eagle, white and red colors, and "Mazurka Dąbrowski" are the symbols of the Republic of Poland.

    Art. 6. 1. The state flag of the Republic of Poland is a rectangular piece of fabric in the colors of the Republic of Poland, placed on the mast.

    Article 8. 1. The state flag with the emblem of the Republic of Poland is raised by:

1) diplomatic representations, consular offices, and other official representations and missions abroad on or in front of the buildings of their official seats, as well as heads of these representations, offices, and missions at their residences and means of communication - in cases provided for in international law and customs;

2) civil airports and airfields;

3) civil communication aircraft when flying abroad;

4) harbor master's offices (bosun's offices) – on or in front of buildings constituting their official seats.
